What to upload

Google Search Console Queries exports for your dealership website, comparing two 28-day periods. One website is enough.

Before you start
  1. Open your dealership's Google Search Console property → Performance → Search results. Use the same search type, country, and device filters for both periods.
  2. Turn on clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. Compare the latest 28 complete, fully available days with the preceding 28 days. Note the actual dates and filters.
  3. Export the Queries data as a spreadsheet or CSV. Keep an untouched original; if you sort a working copy, sort whole rows. Repeat separately for each website you manage and label every property.
  4. Copy this prompt into your AI tool and attach the exports. If the files don't identify your website, brands, or market, add your website address in the chat.

Google Search: Pick the Pages to Improve

Turn your search shortlist into three practical website priorities.

What to upload

Your shortlisted query–page pairs from Search Console, with property, URL, metrics, date range, and target market.

Before you start
  1. In Search Console, filter a shortlisted exact query, open Pages, and record which URLs receive impressions. Keep the same dates and filters used in step one.
  2. Bring the query–page pairs into the same AI chat. Include the market you serve and, for a dealer group, each website's intended job if known.
  3. Use an AI tool with web access for current page and search-result checks. Without web access, attach page text or screenshots and treat live rankings as unverified.

Get proposed page copy, a clear vendor request, and a simple way to track the result.

What to upload

The selected page URL and query cluster from step two. Add current page content and your website platform or editing access if known.

Before you start
  1. Continue in the same chat after choosing a page in step two. If starting a new chat, paste the selected URL, query cluster, and page review.
  2. Tell the AI which website platform you use and what you can edit, if known. No particular vendor is required.
  3. Review the proposed changes before making them. After publication, record what changed and compare results using the same filters and comparable date windows.
