F&I Product Penetration & PVR

Work out F&I gross per retail deal and the share of deals that took a product.

Can be negative.

Enter F&I gross and retail deals handled.

Using retail deals handled above as the basis.

Enter retail deals handled above to use all retail deals as the basis.

How it's calculated

PVR = F&I gross entered ÷ retail deals entered. Enter net or gross the same way every time you compare; this is not product profit.

Penetration = 100 × deals with the product ÷ all retail deals entered. No targets are assumed.

If a number looks off, review a few actual presentations and the deal mix before deciding what needs coaching.

Lead-Source Cost Check

See what a lead source costs per lead, per shown appointment, and per attributed sale.

Enter spend to see attributed costs.

How it's calculated

Each result = spend ÷ that outcome count, calculated separately. This is attributed cost, not ROI.

Use matching spend and outcomes for the same source and reporting basis. Attribution can overlap; don't add sales across providers.

Pull a few leads before blaming the vendor. Check how your team handled them.

Monthly Sales Pace

Project month-end new, used and CPO sales at the current daily rate, and see where you stand against goal.

Enter sales through your last completed selling day.

CPO is included in Used. We show it separately, but count it once in the store total.

Enter selling days completed and selling days in the month.

How it's calculated

Month-end pace = sold so far ÷ selling days completed × selling days in the month. It assumes the rest of the month sells at the current daily rate.

Store total = New + Used, using unrounded paces. CPO is part of Used and is not added again. Ahead / behind = pace − goal. Needed per day left = (goal − sold, never below zero) ÷ selling days remaining.

Use the pace to decide where to focus today's follow-up and coaching—not as a promise of where the month lands.
