The finished Monday Meeting Brief
What changed, what to question, and one lever for the week, on one page.

Four-week follow-through
Check whether the lever actually happened before you change it.
The report gets read. The meeting doesn’t change.
Every morning there’s a DOC. Every week there’s a CRM report. The number gets put on the board, somebody gets told to get it up, and next week it’s the same conversation.
The problem usually isn’t the number. It’s that nobody asked what it measured, how many opportunities were under it, or where in the process the customer stopped moving.
What’s inside
- The 20-minute routine — five steps, one page, works with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- 9 copy-paste prompts — Report Reader, Leak Finder, Denominator Check, Trust Check, Manager Questions, Monday Brief, Week-over-Week, 1:1 Prep, and a save-it-once prompt.
- A full worked example — a sample CRM report, exactly what AI found, and the finished brief.
- Report menu — which report answers which question: DOC, CRM performance, appointments, lead source, unsold follow-up, desk log, F&I, aged inventory, fixed ops.
- Role versions — GSM, used car, BDC/internet, F&I.
- 2 printable worksheets — The Monday Meeting Brief · Four-week follow-through.
Why it works
- No new software. Uses the reports you already run and an AI tool you probably already have.
- No tech skills. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do this.
- Built to be checked. Every prompt shows its math and flags numbers too small to trust.
- Ends in questions, not verdicts. Your managers walk out knowing what to look at, not just what the number was.
Who it’s for / not for
For: GMs and dealer principals who are tired of the same meeting. Sales leaders who want to coach from evidence instead of the board.
Not for: Anyone looking for AI to make personnel decisions for them. It reads the report. You make the call.

FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. No phone number, no sales call required.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Claude?
Free-plan file support and limits vary by tool and can change. Check your tool’s current limits before uploading a report.
What kind of report works best?
A summary report — by salesperson or by source. The prompts run on counts and rates, so the summary level is all you need, and it reads cleaner than customer-detail reports.
My DMS/CRM calls the report something else.
The report menu is organized by the question you’re asking, not the report name.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
Only if you check the box. Asking for the kit doesn’t sign you up for anything else.
No report or customer-data uploads on this website.
